ending leads to possibility

the end of any relationship, no matter how deep or serious it was, always seems to hurt because the end of anything is just that, an end. it is a stop to the natural momentum of 2 people growing closer together.... instead, the end abruptly forces those people to move in opposite directions...or at least slightly askew directions that will never come together in the same way ever again.

in the process of dealing with and lamenting that ending though the possibility of something new emerges. there was an end for a reason. now there is a reason to believe in new possibility.

so i commit myself to remaining open to the possibility of whatever is to come.
