commitment or feelings?
a guy i recently dated seemed to have the whole dating process reversed. by date 2, i was in final round interviews for "wife to be" as he subtly (not so skillfully) inserted questions throughout the night to learn about my intentions around getting married, having kids, settling down, religion, etc.
by the car goodbye at the end of the night, he jumps the the "relationship talk" about what we were looking for, expectations, etc. while the convo seemed premature for not even knowing if i really liked the guy to already deciding whether we were open to a relationship, i decided to go with it. at least he was clear about wanting commitment!
well, turns out we were not right for each other....and to think i almost married him! hahah
